Publishing for Z-Focus
We recommend sharing feature services with your organization for non-public data.
Users can be added to groups and shared that way as well.
If the whole organization needs access share with the org.
If just a group of people needs access share with a group.
If an individual only needs access, just share with owner.
Public/Everyone sharing allows anyone that can get the URL of the feature service to see the data itself. This is not recommended.
Publishing Standards
Publish settings with feature access turned on.
Create a Web Map with the features added that are needed in the Field Maps application.
The Web Map is what is accessed through Z-Focus.
The Web Map should also be shared at the same level as the feature service that was published.
The less grouping within the web map the better.
Similarly, the lower the number of layers within the web map, the better performance.
Any web map with feature services will work for field maps.
All layers should be inside your organization. Combining layers that are from different organizations will not show up as expected in Z-Focus.
Editing
If needing editing, mobile worker or above license levels for ArcGIS will be needed.
Also, editing will need to be turned on in the settings for the hosted feature service.
